The excavators are heavy machinery and construction equipment
The excavators are heavy machinery and construction equipment, including a joint arm, a bucket and a rotating cabin (also called a chamber). The cabin is located above the chassis of the rubber wheel or chain wheel. A cable-mounted excavator uses winches and iron ropes to make moves. They are the natural evolution of steam shafts. All hydraulic implements and operations are carried out using hydraulic fluid, hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. Due to the linear operation of hydraulic cylinders, their operation is fundamentally different from cable excavator.
Also hydraulic excavators called excavator and digger. To the mechanical shovel chain, sometimes also the excavator are called, wheeled excavators are sometimes referred to as excavator for rubber wheels.
Excavators is used for many tasks
- Canal digging, pit, and substructure
- Carrying materials
- Cutting by hydraulic implements
- Destruction
- Digging to build a building
- Excavation
- leveling ground
- Mining
- Dredging of rivers
Different sizes of excavator
There are different sizes of excavator. Some of the smallest excavator weight are about 930 kg, while some of the largest available excavator weight are about 979990 kg. Excavator engine cause moving of hydraulic pumps, which usually have three pumps, which are two main pumps to supply oil at high pressure, while the third pump has a lower pressure. The two main parts of the excavator includes chassis and cabins. The exact size of the machine and the shovel is important to work with the excavator, and the type of soil and the conditions of the workshop are decisive.
In addition to another things some items should be considered
- Circle angle
- Drainage
- Access to work
- Working conditions
- Digging
